This picture is from the series “Lost & Found,” created at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. The Lost pictures depict the spaces held for works stolen from the museum in the famous 1990 theft; the Found pictures explore the ways the museum creates new meaning by placing objects and architecture in conversation with one another.
